My proven expertise in the spa industry has been a key focus of my work for more than 25 years. Through long-standing operational responsibility across the luxury hospitality industry, I have developed a significantly broader perspective on leadership, service quality, change processes, as well as turnover and profitability.
I am familiar with many of these challenges not only from my consultancy work, but also from having held direct responsibility myself. That is why I combine analysis and strategic discussion with a strong commitment to implementing changes on site, if requested, until a sustainable solution has been successfully integrated into the business.
